East London residents can rejoice – those wishing to have themselves a truly British afternoon tea no longer need to travel out their own postcode thanks to London Fields’ latest edition to the drinking and dining scene, Wringer + Mangle.
The bar & restaurant, located opposite the iconic London Fields Brewery and in the heart of East London’s most vibrant and stylish area, has created a truly unique and interesting afternoon tea offering. Cocktail and cake lovers will delight at the regular ‘Wringer + Mangle Tea Parties’ served everyday from 2pm-5pm. These tea parties will be a  contemporary twist on the classic tradition of afternoon tea with a selection of gin cocktails beautifully presented in large self-cooling  infusion jars and served in vintage teacups. There is also traditional afternoon tea with an array of sandwiches, pastries, cakes and hand selected teas or a glass of champagne for those celebrating or just wishing to indulge.
W+M’s Afternoon Tea is priced at £18 pp or £24 pp with champagne whilst W+M’s Tea Party is priced at £30 pp with a minimum of 4 people in the group.
