BOOK NOW: Under the Sea Supper Club

They’ve catered for the likes of Jimmy Choo and David Cameron, and now Top Hat Catering is serving up dinner for their exclusive supper clubs  – and you’re invited.

Taking place on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October, guests will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival followed by canapes of wild trout ceviche, crispy fish skin and cod brandade. The courses are set as follows:


1st – cucumber, rye and home smoked salmon with tartar

2nd – seared yellow fin tuna, daikon carpaccio on avocado, fried garlic and shallots with ponzu and frozen horseradish

3rd – wild sea bass, grilled and pureed celeriac, peas and caper sauce

4th – palette cleanser ‘Apple Oreo’

5th – Mum’s lemon drizzle cake, lemon yoghurt ice cream, passionfruit curd and vanilla crisp
